• Order details you provide: your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, province, district/town and delivery address.

• Order and payment information: what you ordered, the payment method you chose, and (for card payments) a payment reference from our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

• Basic analytics: pages visited, traffic source (e.g. Facebook, TikTok) and device/browser type, used to improve the store.

• To process, deliver and support your order — including calling or messaging you to confirm delivery.

• To send order-related notifications (SMS, WhatsApp or email).

• To detect fraud and keep the store secure.

• To measure the performance of our marketing (aggregate, anonymised statistics).

• We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

• We do not store your card details on our servers — card payments are processed by Paddle (PCI-DSS compliant) and we only receive the payment status.

• We share only what is necessary with service providers who help us operate: our delivery courier (name, phone and address), our payment processor (payment references), and our messaging providers (your phone number, for order notifications).

• Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, warranty and legal purposes. You may ask us to correct or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us.
