• Every order is reviewed and confirmed by our team before dispatch. We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email to confirm your order details.

• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order (for example, when an item is out of stock, the delivery address is outside our coverage area, or the order appears fraudulent). If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

• Prices, promotions and product availability may change at any time without notice. The price shown at the moment you complete your order is the price you pay.

• We accept Mobile Money (e.g. Airtel Money), Bank Transfer and Card payments (Visa/Mastercard processed securely by Paddle). These are the only accepted payment methods.

• For Mobile Money and Bank Transfer, your order is processed once payment is received and confirmed by our team.

• Card payments are charged in USD at the prevailing conversion rate; your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers, weather or events beyond our control do not entitle you to compensation, but we will always work to get your order to you.

• We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour, packaging or accessories may occur and do not constitute a defect.

• Warranty terms, where offered, are stated on the product page and are provided directly by us, not by any third party.

• You may not misuse this website, attempt to breach its security, scrape content, or place orders with false contact or payment information.
